NMN, the full English name is Beta-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, is a substance naturally present in the human body and participates in the synthesis of NAD+ in cells. NAD+ is the most important coenzyme in the human body. It participates in thousands of biocatalytic reactions in the human body and is an essential substance for the human body.
